Colleges Ontario BoardEffect Portal

OCFMA has set up the "OCFMA - Ontario College Facilities Management Association" committee space on Colleges Ontario's BoardEffect portal. This committee space:
  • Is a private meeting space open only to approved OCFMA members. Membership is controlled by the OCFMA Secretary.
  • Collects meeting minutes and agenda materials for Directors' Meetings.
  • Stores key OCFMA reports (such as the Benchmarking Reports...) in the Committee Files Folder.

To access the Colleges Ontario BoardEffect Portal:

  1. Go to:
  2. Login using your BoardEffect account id and password.

To get a BoardEffect account for the College System portal:

  1. Ask your senior OCFMA Administrator / Director to submit a request for Portal access to the OCFMA Secretary
    • Requires name and email
    • Make sure you are included in the "OCFMA - Ontario College Facilities Management Association" committee
  2. The OCFMA Secretary will submit names to Colleges Ontario for account access. 
  3. Once you receive your account id, login and change your password.
    • Remember your login name and password!
