We did not go for RFP for this service. We retained our preferred Environmental Engineering consultants based on their historical and technical experience with the campuses. As the consultant, they retained a licensed and insured abatement contractor to assist in unit rate pricing based on current site conditions. Entire project cost for consulting services was under 10K. Hope this helps and let me know if you have any questions.
