Hi Everyone, I am posting here to ask if any College is using condensing boilers or tankless water heaters to serve their Domestic Hot Water (DHW) system in their Residence Buildings. For condensing boilers, they certainly offer high efficiencies, but we are concerned how we can maintain a return temperature that is appropriate for this type of boiler. For tankless water heaters, the advantage is the space you get back and potential savings on natural gas usage. Any feedback, comments, and suggestions are welcome.
