Hi all,
Our newish procurement supervisor is applying what he tells us are procurement directives from the Government of Ontario. The process appears to be unduly long – 8 weeks of wait time to get an RFP out to source a boiler (tech specs have been prepared by an P.Eng.) because apparently there is a lot of checking and paperwork to be done ?????. In the past, my office provides the technical specs, the procurement office put the general conditions at the front end and off we go.
Anybody has the same issues ?
